Koko repaired a Biasa leather bag that I was planning to ditch. Tissue paper had imprinted onto the leather. And for some reason anything I used to store & protect the bag would imprint onto the leather. Koko did an amazing job repairing the leather and my bag now looks brand new. What craftsmanship!

Took in my well used riding boots to hoping I could get through the season. They were so worn, the toes, inside heels and calves were almost white. When I picked them up yesterday I was ver pleased and excited to see they look almost new! Thank you!

The gentleman that works there is very nice and polite, but the work done on my shoes was terrible unfortunately. Very uneven, I could've fixed the shoes myself. I went to a different spot to redo the work, was told that it could cause more damage, and was given tips to cover this up. Very sorry, but won't come back.
