Niagara Falls cellphone repair

Got new screen, took 3 days to do, touch ID doesn't work, flashlight doesn't work, screen darker than it should be, poked a hole in the battery so I can't let it charge over night, screen and back not flush with the frame, all in all not the best.

I sent my laptop from Buffalo, NY to this guy’s repair company. Spoke to him (Carson Andrews he goes by) several times by phone and I read the good ratings thinking he was legitimate. He is NOT!He was very eager to have me send him money internationally for his service he said he’d provide and he even opened a PayPal account for me to do so. I should’ve seen this as a red flag. Turns out once he received the payment for service he disconnects his phone and is unreachable. And my laptop was mailed to his home at the address listed. I live across the border in the US so I’ll never see my laptop again, or not be able to file a police report in Canada. My only recourse is posting this warning. Beware of this scam artist. Wish I could rate a zero star.

THEFT ALERT! Absolute scam. Promised to have battery replaced in 2 days. After nearly 3 weeks I was given a battery that was used and incompatible. You will lose whatever money you give him if you pay him for anything; you've been warned.

this kid works out of his Dads house. talks fast like he knows stuff but doesn't. said he could fix my phone is 2 days. had it for 6 days..did not return calls. finally after 6 days he said it was ready. went there and it was the same as I left it. do not use this place. complete stress and b.s. I only put 1 star because I couldn't put 0 stars

Only giving one star because there is no other way to do my rating. I am not sure how this guy had good reviews before I took my phone to him. Its been a whole month of back and forth, no shows, change of everything never honored anything he said. Paid for a new screen got a scratched non responsive screen and first he acted like his eyes had a problem and could not see the scratches finally acknowledged it was an old screen because the one he ordered had been not delivered. It has been over a month of driving up and down and my phone is still not fixed. Save yourself the trouble!

Brought my Samsung S10 in as I got hit with a virus that literally blew up my phone. A young man, Carson, serviced my phone in just under an hour. I couldn't believe it, not only did he get rid of the virus on my phone, but my phone runs like it is brand new. Could not be more pleased.
