They didn't take my advise well we were working on a sight which almost resulted in a series accident soo they made me a scapegoat and kicked me off the job site

There was no heads up when work would be starting, their workers parked in all the visitors spots in the complex. I understand that they have a job to do, but no courtesy for the people living in the complex

I understand that road paving involves some inconveniences to people living and working in the area, but in future it might be a best practice to hand out notices that you'll be paving in advance, not once the work and inconvenience has already begun.

I know someone who’s applied here and been met with discrimination by the HR. It takes a lot for me to reach out and do a review on a company but this stood out to me as I have a business degree and this lady should not have a job period. A piece of advice, foul language and derogatory statements during interviews is usually frowned upon. I would not use this company period as a customer or an applicant.

It's not that complicated to bring in Traffic Control Personnel, lots of temp agencies where you can have staff on your site - same day. You've got traffic, trucks, deliveries, impacting regular traffic or affecting pedestrians - YOU need traffic control - you aren't building a single family residence. Did you submit a traffic plan to the city - doesn't sound like it. Highly unlikely they allow you to just ramrod your way onto a major roadway.As for 'parking' - you are in someone else's neighbourhood by INVITE. Respect that neighbours were there before you and deserve some respect; keep your site and work area clean, no blaring music while waiting for site to open, no yipping and yapping. Be respectful of the neighbours and their requirements - then maybe they'll occasionally turn a blind eye to your indiscretions....play nice, it's not your neighbourhood, it's theirs first & foremost. You need to fit in not have the community pitted against you.And really, don't take over resident parking. TRY to work out a deal with the buildings around you, you might even find that they are willing to accomodate you. Residents have things going on in their lives too so don't just assume they'll be away from home during your work hours. There might be shift workers, ppl working from home, people with urgent medical needs back and forth for treatment & medical care - a bit of respect will get you further than pushing your way into areas that are designated, marked and/or posted as private parking, etc. This is exactly why people disagree with construction work in their neighbourhood Oh it's another bunch of messy

These guys are building on the corner of Marshall and Mc Callum and there to cheap to use adequate flagging personal and there tandem truck are driving in the oncoming traffic to enter there site completely dangerous driving with no one caring.
