Consort Housing Co-operative Ltd

So I want to preface this review by saying I have never actually done business with this organization personally. My reason for posting is largely due to some concerning information that was passed on to me from someone I know. I admit I don't know this person particularly well, but at this time I have no reason to think they are lying.In essence, this place sounds like it is suffering from bad management. The person I know stated they had their unit rented out from under them, their subsidy denied, and was provided with no recourse through the co-op to rectify the situation. This has essentially left this tenant with no place to live and no ability to dispute the issue. As such, I'm writing this review as a means of instructing others to be cautious before dealing with this organization, or to speak up if they have encountered something similar.If the company is reading this, you may have some issues with an individual named Morris" and your tenants. Please note I would be willing to take the review down provided the claim made to me is false

Nice variety of accommodation but this organization needs a better response rate for say to day inquiries.Maybe a few more key volunteers to return phone calls?
