Amazing hotel! Always stay here when I’m the area. Incredible staff, clean, and good food. 10/10

My coworker and I stayed here a few weeks ago. The rooms were clean and the owners were very nice. The best part of our stay was the restaurant. The bulgogi was a real treat! Hope I get to come back for work again just to eat here!

The man at the desk was extremely polite, friendly and helpful! Our room was GREAT!! It looked like it had been renovated very recently - everything seemed brand new. Very clean and everything worked perfectly, and everything we needed was provided. The FREE breakfast was very nice, and the fact that it started at 5:30 am was a nice surprise, as my husband and I like to get an early start when we are travelling, and have missed out on free breakfasts before because they do not start until after we have left!

I stayed at the hotel for one evening on the 21st of August. This is like moving into an unfinished duplex in the suburbs. No phone hooked up ,no Tv withiout changing rooms . What is going on here ??Something is wrong with the cleaning staff and the service. Controls are very remote and not in sync with what is really going on. By mistake I left a Blushield device plugged into the electrical outlet by the window. When I reported this to the manager two hours later I was told that it was not there and had not been retrieved. If the clean staff took it they may have thrown it out. The 11/2x 11/2 x 3 inch device is very expensive and can only be replaced for $425 canadian. It is used to harmonize WiFi and electromagnetic fields to natural plant vibrations.I love the Korean culture, or so I think. The lady at the front was very curtius and did her best to make the situation better. Still I'm apprehensive about distant run franchises. The beakfast area was barely lit and nobody was around most of the time.Have you seen Burning Green Houses" ; a medeaval morality play??"

Had a good stay here last weekend. They were very helpful when ever something was needed. Would use their rooms again.

Restaurant service was slow, housekeeping every 2nd or 3rd day, 1 person speaks English (sort of). Price was good, food and service not so much. Frustrated

Great hotel! Very friendly staff. Awesome food at both restaurants, very filling and reasonable prices. Clean rooms, very comfy bed. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days for work, and had a great night sleep every night. Can't say enough good things, we were all very satisfied.

House cleaning is terrible, you’re lucky to get your room clean once every 3 days. Service at the bar is brutal, you have to go look for someone to get more drinks and the beer is always warm. They CAN NOT understand English at all, I’ve had conversations that should take seconds end up taking over 10 minutes. If you have any other choice DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s just terrible all around

Great experience. The attached restaurant was fantastic too. Everything is clean and newly renovated which isn't what you'd think if you saw the outside. I'd definitely stay here again when I pass through. It is a young couple who operates the hotel and restaurant so give them grace and patience as they are doing alot!
