In for oil change and remount summer tires. Booked appt at 8am in at 1pm..Service Manager Frank is excellent to deal with and always ensures that the work completed is perfect.Dealership is spotless and all staff are experienced and friendly.

Locally owned dealership where I had to take my car while in Sussex for a hockey tourney. The service staff took my car in without an appointment, fixed the issue very quickly! I was in and out in 30 minutes! Faster than an oil change at the Moncton dealerships!

I had an alignment done on my VW Jetta here a couple weeks back and they were able to fit me in with two days notice on a Friday afternoon. They have great service, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable considering it is a dealership.

Would highly recommend Norrads for both buying vehicles and for service. We bought our 2021 truck from them and have used their service centre's for our other vehicles for years. They are always quick and courteous and have always been fair with their rates.

I went here looking to see what it would cost to lease a van. It was a Sunday I think and there was only one salesman working. He could not tell me. Then he called someone (possibly the manager?), But he still could not tell me. How can they lease cars if they dont know their own lease rates and terms. I will never go there again.
