I highly recommend going to see Sarah as your RMT, she had amazing pressure and was able to get out all of my knots! The cupping techniques she used were magical, 5 stars!

Outstanding massage therapy here! Amanda has been treating me and she specializes in migraine relief. She uses different techniques including stone massage, cupping, oral massage, deep tissue and acupuncture. I have experienced all of this in one treatment! I have never felt such relief and long lasting results from a massage before. I will be a life long customer! Highly recommend the 90 minute!!The atmosphere is super cozy and clean. Music is awesome too! You can book online, which I love. I can't say enough! I love this place and highly recommend coming here.

I’ve been going to see their Naturopath Dr. Emily for almost 2 years. She is absolutely lovely! I’ve felt so much better mentally and physically since going to her. I’ve had some muscle spasms that she’s relieved with acupuncture and cupping :) Also, the environment is so peaceful and relaxing!

Great place, and staff are so friendly! Initially I was hesitant to go for a massage during the pandemic, but Elevate has all the protocols in place to make you feel safe and well taken care of. Looking forward to the rest of my appointments this year!

Service at Elevate is unmatched. Emily is an amazing RMT and the front desk staff are always so kind. The shop is also beautiful. I can't wait until Evolve, their yoga studio, opens up!
