WORST customer service; repeatedly harasses clients with past-due invoices for paid-for orders.I have been ordering paper from this company for about 3 years (it is the only seller of my favorite brand, Hawk Mountain Paper). Over the past 1-2 years I have received SEVERAL past-due notices/invoices on orders that I remitted payment through PayPal for at the time the orders were placed. I have notified the company MULTIPLE times that there seems to be an issue with their order tracking and/or accounting departments but they have not taken any steps towards rectifying the issue.They have never apologized for the continued harassment or offered to address the situation (which, again, happens EVERY time I order from them). I always have to end up taking a screen-shot of my PayPal receipt and emailing it to them. DO NOT order from this company if you can help it.
