Dr. Ki has been my dentist for the past six years, and I have consistently had a great experience. Dr. Ki is knowledgeable, very professional and to-the-point, and very efficient. I’ve had great experiences with the staff who works there as well.Office: the space itself is very neatReception: courteous and professional. I haven’t had an experience of hidden fees, contrary to other reviewers.Hygienists: while individual experience levels varied, that can be expected at any dental office - so no complaintsDental checkups and procedures with Dr. Ki: very thorough and high-quality. I am a fan of Dr. Ki’s straight to the business manner and attention to detail.

Dr. Ki always treats his patients well. Never had a bad experience. His office manager Emily is friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ki is an excellent dentist with a great head on his shoulders. Having experienced other dental practices encouraging as many procedures and upsells as possible, I really appreciate that he doesn't recommend more than is necessary for having a healthy and functioning set of teeth. He gives great, and to the point advise and is very observant to what he sees in front of him - as opposed to just following what he's been trained to do. Thanks Dr. Ki you're great!

Dr. Ki has been my dentist for about five years and overall I Would highly recommend him.Pros: I always had a very good experience in there. Dr. Ki is knowledgeable and quite professional.Cons: I agree with some of the comments below that some strange fees" are sometimes added to the bill without being clearly mentioned to the patient

Had an accident that involved some broken dental work. Was able to get in quickly and the result was great where some people couldn’t even tell there was a previous issue. The staff is great and Dr Ki is a great to deal with. Very happy with everything.

I was a former patient of Dr. Ki when he worked in another office. When I was informed that he had left that office I decided to remain as a patient there as I really liked going. After going a few times after Dr Ki had left I quickly realized that Dr. Ki was the reason I liked that practice so much. Dr Ki is the best dentist I've ever really liked. He is professional and personal, anytime he has done work on my teeth he is so gentle and the work is done beyond my expectations. He takes time to discuss any issues or procedures, he even advised me that he could save a tooth that my prior dentist told me that would most likely need to be removed.I would recommend Dr. Ki to anyone who needs a great dentist, even anyone who is fearful of going to a dentist, he is very gentle and caring.Ian

I've been going to Bay Bloor Dental and seeing Dr. Ki for 4-5 years now and the team there is great! Always on schedule so i do not have to wait, very professional. And there's a Club Monaco next door so that you can reward yourself for seeing the dentist! Have to book my next appointment soon, need some new sweaters for the fall!
