Ryan is an incredibly professional, quick and reliable worker.He's worked at our house twice. The first time, he fixed the thermostat when I thought it was an issue with the old A/C unit. Instead of pushing for a replacement, he gave my wife and I tips on how to clean and maintain the A/C to lengthen its lifespan. His service was very efficient and his prices were quite reasonable.Recently, he came over as my hot water tank was leaking. Ryan gave my wife a quote over the phone (which ended up being exactly what the new unit cost) and came over the very same day to remove the old water tank and install the new unit.I'm very pleased with the results I've gotten from Friesen Heating & Air Conditioning. Ryan's as friendly and polite as he is capable. And he doesn't pressure you into buying anything you don't want!Make him your first call if you have any HVAC issues.

Ryan was on time. He was clean, professional and had all the equipment to change out my hot water tank. There was no delay with the install.He had previously explained the different options that were available, Gave me a run down of cost vs benefits of the hot water tank options.Cleaned up the very little water mess. Was very careful moving the old one out and the new one in.Had great billing options. I went with debit card.He also gave a quick look at my old furnace. Sent an Email later with options for possible replacement in the future. The email had links to government/Manitoba hydro payments options and he gave his professional opinion on options for the new furnace.Gonna use him again in the spring for my AC.
