If you buy there, make sure you want the product because they don't refund if it's more than 150$ as i understand it... EDIT: now they replied to my comment saying they refund everything but it is not true, we tried to have a refund for speakers before the first covid lockdown and they never accepted even if it was just a few days after the sale. They told us no refund if its more than 150$ so we had to get another product on the store as an exchange

I found a great price for a tv at Hi-Fi. Shortly after my warranty expired the tv experienced a major problem. I spoke to Martin about the problem. He immediately understood the issue and assisted me in getting the manufacturer to correct the problem. Great customer service! I would most definitely buy here again.

Jean Talon east store. Very pleasantly surprised! Walked in, wasn't accosted by salespeople until they saw us look around for them. You can eyeball the whole store as you walk in, so you know which way to head, which is a nice change from the big box stores. Was served by the manager, Jose, who was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and speaks 4-5 languages. Prices were competitive. I miss service like this. I'll be back.

I cannot say enough about the rapid response I got to my inquiry , by centre hi- fi customer service rep Martin Demers. A joy to deal with this store because of him, and an example of how other stores should treat there customers ! Good job.

This place is solid. It's easy and tempting these days to make a quick purchase online, but there's something to be said for going to a brick-and-mortar shop and speaking to a professional, especially about audio which for me is a very personal experience. In this case, I was looking for the best portable Bluetooth speaker that wouldn't break the bank. The customer service rep at Centre Hi-Fi St. Leonard was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and demonstrating the idiosyncrasies of different devices. I ended up going with the Bose SoundLink Mini and am consistently amazed at the sound and projection of that little, beautiful brick! Thanks fellas.

Walked in the store one clerk was on the phone (not with a client judging from his side of the conversation) the other clerk was behind the counter where i went to check out the cameras, not one of them acknowledged my presence as soon as the phone conversation was over the clerk moved away from me to talk to his colleague.After checking out the camera i wanted to buy i got out and bought it from the competition.

The partners of the company where I work, Tulett, Matthews & Associates, just bought 3 TVs from this store. I recommended them to go see Jose after the great service and infornation I received from my previous purchases at the store in L'acadie. the service is great and they realy dig to find out what best suited for your needs. I highly recommend you shop here and go see Jose.
