Had to call customer service in store. Was on hold for over an hour. Was told to come back another day. Been a customer here for years in Ontario. Worst experience I’ve ever had at and with Fido. Trying to add a new line has never been so difficult. Not impressed.

Although fido is a good company compared to the rest of the competition. The one short Asian kid is rude and unpleasant to deal with. Going to end up losing customers in the long run. But by the sounds of things from the reviews, this might be the business culture here

I went to your store at Willobrook Mall because I had a problem with my phone. Therre were two staff members and the one I spoke to did not have a care in the world as to why she was there. I could not get incoming calls but I could make outgoing callls. The young lady I spoke to either didn't care or had no idea what she was talking about. All I wanted is for her to let me know how to unmute it. Her response was it's because I ran out of time that I'm allowed and the soonest I can receive calls is Nov 27.... WHAT????? I knew she couldn't care less. If she doesn't know she can ask someone else. Then I mentioned I was interested in an I-Phone, all she said was they're there on the shelves by the wall. The least expnesive is $588 for $24 a month; made no attempt to give me any details, the plans available, etc... and just stood there. It's very obvious that I am looking at another provider.

Went to fido to return a wireless charging pad because it as well as my S23 ultra gets incredibly hot. I purchased 3 weeks ago before I went on my work trip, came to return it when i returned from my work trip and the manager Torres said its past 15 days and there's nothing he can do. I asked if you can't do a refund, that's OK.....just take it off my next phone bill. He was pretty rude and insisted he can't do anything.
