Rehana and her team at Positive Strides are amazing! I always feel heard, safe and comfortable. I am always treated with respect, compassion and understanding and I couldn't recommend this team more. Their combination of common psychotherapy techniques and leading edge neuroscience techniques have been a life alerting experience for me as someone having dealt with mental illness my entire life.
