The gravy was the worst kfc gravy I’ve ever had in my life. It was 100% watered down and watery, no flavour. The popcorn chicken was not like kfc popcorn chicken at all. Tasted like baked no name popcorn chicken. Don’t waste your money

Incorrect order. Laziness and irresponsible worker. But I give a 4-star because César came in and corrected my order fairly quick. I appreciate you César for trying to get this establishment back to its glory

Have visited this KFC three times and 2/3 times they have had no chicken pieces available. Frustrating when you have to alter your order.

I feel pretty silly leaving a review for a KFC but I gotta say this was pretty exceptionally bad. There was nobody at the desk so I waited a couple minutes until the world's rudest man came up. I tried having the slightest conversation with him to be nice during my order and it may as well have been a... just a passive-agressive robot that's being inconvenienced. I got a veggie chicken sandwich which was almost $20 for a piece of literally just vegan chicken on cheap bread and it took 10+ minutes. I mean I get it, I'd rather chill on my phone all day too but when I worked in fast food I put a bit more thought into it than this lol. Clearly they don't have bonuses or prizes or competition or friendly work parties or anything of the sort to make the job enjoyable. I'd much rather give money to a business that keeps their people happy.This can be a pro or a con but the place also hasn't been renovated in forever and feels like youre in a time capsule of a burger king in the 90s.

As we travel a lot over Western Canada KFC is our go to when putting on the miles. Check my other KFC reviews. Sadly this KFC is in our home town and shatters the illusion all KFC's are the same. After a 35 minute wait in the drive thru we got our food and went to eat. Most of it was virtually inedible. As it was a long day picked though the 20 hot wings. The coating was so hard we had to peel it off to be able to eat the chicken. The rest are being put where they belong the garbage. This was the second time in a few months that we have had the same result. There will not be a third. We will keep our KFC eating to restaurants other than this one.

terrible, you ask for dipping sauces with your chicken and then at the drive thru they want a tip from you on their debit machine and fail to even put your dips in the bag. the hell am i tipping you for. doesnt take a brain surgeon to put a dipping sauce in a bag.

It is slow, con.... But it is one of the few KFCs where the chicken tastes like KFC is supposed to (so many seem to cheap or on spices and the result is bland chicken, the Colonel would be deeply disappointed). Old decor, meh, wherever it's fast food
