Treehouse Indoor Playground - Red Deer

I had my son's birthday party here and the staff were nothing short of amazing. Everything was organized and perfect. The staff were great at communicating before the party to have all our wishes taken care of. The food and decorations were wonderful!

Good facilities but little enforcement of rules, my toddler ended up crying and scared because in the baby and toddler area older boys were running wild and scaring the little ones. Then my 8 year old was attacked on one of the activities and ended up hurt. We left and won’t be back anytime soon

I love this place for my kids. However I guess Covid took it's toll, many toys and games are not working or in disrepair. The heat in the upstairs playroom does not work at all, so myself and half a dozen other parents had our parkas on. The bathrooms used to be so clean but the toilets no longer properly flush, toilet paper was empty or just about to be. Basic cleaning has gone down hill, still better than other locations. Staff are friendly and quick to help. Again I understand inflation but some of the prices on food items and treats has nearly doubled. We will still go and I do hope they bounce back, because it was the best kept location between Calgary and Edmonton, my family has been to all of them.

Always an awesome time well worth the coin. The owners are so friendly and take great pride in this place and customer satisfaction. My daughter spent her tickets on buying a small toy and then she lost it in the play area somewhere and was devastated. The owner gave us a brand new one no questions asked. Family oriented people for sure! Food is reasonably priced for where the economy is at and lots of selection.

I was impressed by the staff, who were helpful. The spaces were very tidy and I saw staff cleaning equipment. There is a wide range of food options available and free wifi. Lastly, THANK YOU for playing kid friendly music!!!! The 5 kids I brought had such a great time. My only suggestion would be that a water fountain would be super appreciated as it gets hot inside running around playing.

This is a pretty nice play place, it was fairly clean and not too chaotic. The infant/toddler space is one of the best ones I’ve seen and the playground has lots of options for different ages and abilities. My daughter is 1.5 year old and she thoroughly enjoyed playing here.

This place is great, but what really made our experience amazing was the staff. I missed getting her name, but the manager lady on shift was incredibly helpful and cheerful in a chaotic environment that would break most people. 10/10 will take the kiddos back.

We recently had a birthday party at Treehouse and our kids and their friends had a blast! They were so helpful and kind. We even got a free coffee as party parents. It was so great to see our sons reaction to their Pokémon theme party package. The fruit and veggie platter and jugs of drinks were great! We were able to bring in our version of a birthday cake for our son which was lovely! Our kids loved seeing the party mascot as well. Definitely worth it!!!

Love it. Great for the little one and the arcade for us lol. They don't allow outside food and drink. They have all you need anyway.

This playground is well maintained,Clean and a nice spot. It has a space for adults to sit and watch upstairs that’s a bit quieter and away from the chaos. They could use more seating downstairs by the playground itself, as it was quite busy and there was only seating upstairs. The bathrooms were clean and very well maintained but the air freshener was overwhelming. We will definitely be back
