When you choose a dyke trail to enjoy, make sure you choose the west dyke trail! For bird watchers, sunset seekers, ship enthusiasts and nature lover you'll see it all. I've personally seen coyotes, Siberian snow geese, river rats, turtles, mallards, warblers (may not be the correct name) bald eagles, beavers, hawks and cows along the trail.

Nice place for a quick walk with the dogs. People are very friendly. There are benches (and garbage bin) everywhere to make sure you can sit and enjoy the view
