Absolutely terrible staff, they are lazy and constantly give you attitude for things that aren’t your fault.

Shirley is always so friendly and knowledgeable.

po box 334 stole my package that my bro was supposed to get and whoever that was who stole it or without even asking who it belongs to.. thank you, you stole 100 dollars off my mom she works hard for that money and you just let that guy or lady took it away as if it was their package.. you people just think that it was theirs?! and when my mom came by like on October Wednesday 28 you just have to just NOT TELL HER WHOM THAT PERSON WAS you should've have just said we'll be contacting that person right now to give that package back to you" i have alot of rage in my heart to say this me as a kid writing this i would understand that you mistook that letter for them but please at least tell that person that they stole a package that was supposed to be a for her kid but at least i understood.."

This has got to be the most annoying Post Office ever! My app always shows when my packages are in my mailbox, notice card left, but never a card in my mailbox! I have to tell them my tracking number or they will finally put the notice AFTER days of them saying it’s there....

Love dealing with Shirley she is consistently pleasant and cheerful, goes out of her way to help you, even during these crazy busy times.
