Rich was super friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything to me & got parts ordered. When he returned to install the parts, he again was very friendly, quickly installed parts & even brought treats for my two dogs !!!!! Great Service!!!!

The ice maker in my French door refrigerator stopped working I set an online appointment for next day with MrAppliance. I received updates from the company confirming the appointment and letting me know when the tech was in route. Ajay arrived on time, covered his boots to keep my floors clean, gave my overly excited dogs some attention, fixed the ice maker and made sure it was working before he left. Great service and experience, highly recommend!

recently had a disappointing experience with this repair service. While I was initially pleased to hear that the diagnostic fee would be waived if I went ahead with the repair, things quickly went downhill when the technician arrived. He proceeded to break down the entire dryer, including parts that had nothing to do with the heating issue, and suggested several unnecessary repairs, such as replacing the latch and tightening the belt.When I expressed my concerns and pointed out that I only needed the blown heater fuse replaced, the technician quoted me a ridiculous price of over $500 for all the repairs. When I requested an itemized list of the bill, he was unable to provide one, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, when I refused to pay the exorbitant amount, he called his boss who instructed him to leave the dryer unassembled.The owner's suggestion to leave the dryer unassembled was completely unacceptable and left me feeling angry and frustrated. I was eventually offered a reduced price of $175 for just the repair of the blown heater fuse, which was still expensive for such a simple repair. To add insult to injury, I sent an email requesting an itemized list of my bill, but I have yet to receive a response.Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I received from this company. Their lack of transparency and unreasonable pricing left me feeling taken advantage of, and the owner's comment about leaving my dryer unassembled was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very polite and timely for appointment. A little pricey. And have not received a receipt as I was told I would in my email.

We’ve had Jacob from Mr. Appliance save the day for us 3 times. He’s always very prompt, let’s u know before he arrives, 15 min. window, very knowledgeable and always very friendly. He’s worked on our fridge and washing machine. We always know if we have an issue, Jacob will be our first call at Mr. Appliance. Thank you for your hard work Jacob.

Prompt, was very easy to get an appointment for the next day. Technician had parts on the truck with him so it was repaired in a timely matter. Went above and beyond to fix our dryer.

Rich was very professional, personable and on time. He explained the repair required fully and supplied quote. He was here approx 1 hr and cleaned up when he left. Would be more than happy to use this service in the future and would highly recommend Mr. Appliance!!

Jacob was on-time, professional and friendly. He quickly assessed repairs required, Went over the repair cost and had my dryer running within 45 minutes start to finish, full belt assembly was replaced. Super happy customer our dryer down time was brief. They had me back in business from initial appointment scheduling to repair completed in a day! We will be using them for all my appliance repairs going forward and referring them to others. Thanks for providing such great service.

The technician Rich, was prompt and courteous. He showed and explained the part that failed. He had a replacement part in his truck and was able to repair a stackable washer in tight corners by himself saving us another service call fee. I would definitely recommend this company and Rich!
