Good quality clothing. Sale signage are vague and confusing, usually not in right areas, dressing rooms are locked and hard to find staff to open them as Mark's I very understaffed.

Got a flannel for a super good price recently. Was looking at jeans too but couldn’t find any I wanted. Also got some new winter boots, and the employee who helped me was very helpful. I’ll be back!

I normally love Marks work warehouse, however today was awful. The store was a complete mess, literal piles of clothes on tops of the racks. We were looking through the piles of pants for over 20 minutes for a certain size, not once did someone offer to help either. Online shows the size we needed in stock, but couldn’t find them due to the mess. Very disappointed.

One star for not telling me oh well need to bring It back to be fixed. Literally only had the car a week 3 weeks in the shop. I will remove this complaint once the heater is fixed. I'm paying for the car and insurance while I'm waiting for this.

I'm very disappointed with the stock available, and extremely put out by the lack of service and care from the staff. I was in the store for 22 minutes, and was not asked if I needed any help. I will not shop here ever again.

March 19 2020, I arrived from out of the province because I have a contract to do in Regina. However, first thing I did was go to marks to buy CSA approved boots. I walk in, and this elderly lady asks how I was doing and decided to just follow me and stare at what I was doing. I realized she thought I might be a thief because I had a bagback on, so I tested her to see if she thought I was a thief. I asked her “ is it a policy that I should put my bag beside the counter, because I don’t mind “. She replied “ it’s not a policy but I would feel a lot more safe if you left your bag by the counter “. Which tells me she thought I was a thief. However, my whole company will be starting work and I won’t direct them to this location. Just because people are different shapes and colours then what you usually see in your store, doesn’t mean you can just follow someone and make them uncomfortable.

I want to really show my appreciation towards Kim B at store #240. I came in looking for a certain pair of pants that I really needed for a wedding and Kim was awesome from the get go! She looked and noticed the store only had 1 pair. She looked through countless pants and then looked elsewhere to see if maybe they were mistakenly put on a different rack. She did this all with a upbeat attitude and not for one second did she feel annoyed. When we couldn't find the pants, she called the North store and found the 1 pair they had, which were put on hold for me. Thank you Kim for bailing me out as a last second shopper and finding what I needed!
