Go to place to buy desserts for different occasions because there’s not a lot of choices. Sometimes the cakes all taste the same at one point.

One of the best in Brossard. But, missing some variety for birthday cakes. Their Shortcakes are so delicious, especially the strawberry's one. But, the apricot cake was not appreciated by kids, due to nuts added and it was leaking when arrived home (in the winter).2023-04-22Just bought six croissants for 7$ for my wife and she said:This is the best croissant in town! When I first moved to the area, this place was close by and I still come here all the time.My favorites are the raisin bread, the salads and of course the deserts.Today I tried the lobster roll. And it was def too good to only have 1.. I will def come back soon for this because it's lobster season.def recommend everyone to come try this place and find your favorite bread, there's just tons of it.

Love to go there on weekends in the morning to sit and enjoy my coffee with their delicious pastries and bakery items. They also have different salads and I once tried one of them and it was really good.

we sampled quite a few items and it was very nice. Also packed pastries to take home. Loved the opera cake esp. Very good salad. staff suggested we do the trio and wat a great idea!

I am so happy we have premiere moisson here in Brossard, all the breads I have tried here are amazing, the service is fast and well structured, you have to take a ticket number and they serve really fast. Croissants are amazing here, coffee aswell, and for sure all kind of breads. Amazing place, often shopping here.

Me and my wife we go at least once a month. I loooove première moisson for a quick lunch. It's a healthier option than fast food. They have a great selection: quiches, deserts, breads, soups, sandwiches, salads, etc . The ONLY thing I wish they did different is have a baguette option that would be a bit softer. It's very popular but during peak hours they have more employees so you get taken care of pretty quickly.

Big selection of french sandwiches, salads, pastries and baguettes. Very popular, there's always people in there. I am disappointed after my last visit though as they seem to have changed the 'cake' recipes - they are all mousse now, no actual 'cake' inside them. I bought 3 and they are all like this.

Went to Brossard location. They have a nice choices of salads & sandwiches for lunch, the soup was really good. STAFF was nice also.

Great products at a fair price, they have a huge selection of pastries and breads. The service is fast, friendly and well prepared. From all the franchises around town, this one has been my favourite for years now!**** COVID: be patient since now they can allow only 7 customers inside. It goes fast while waiting outside till you turn.
