Exceptional service. I very much appreciated their walk-around before leaving with the car.

The service was great and straight forward. The vehicle that we requested, a white Ford Expedition Max, was the exact vehicle that was provided, i.e., there were no substitutions.

Rented a car for a day. Even though there are sign hanging on the mirror says it was clean and sanitized, I opened the trunk to find leaves and dog hair even though their policy says no pets in the car. I also had to clean the windshield to see out if it without streaks. I needed a car a little longer and asked to extend the rental and the staff was very pleasant and said no problem. They apologized When I told them about the mess in the trunk, but that was it. When they told me the total, I showed them my phone that said if I started a new rental it would be 1/2 the price they quoted. It took about 10 min to close my original rental and for me to book a rental new on my phone in order to get the price.They have changed personnel several times since I started going there 4 years ago. The staff have always been friendly, but the cleaning and convenience is not what it used to be. I will continue to go there when I need a car because with the app, it is the cheapest in St Catharines but I know I will have to be prepared to clean it.

The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with! I had a rental through insurance and the enterprise staff made sure to keep me up to date and informed through the process on when I had to return the car.

I had a rental for a few weeks. My car was damaged. Had to get a new carWhile waiting for the car the excellent staff, Graham and Joe accommodated me so greatly. I rented too many times from this place, enough to become a Gold Tier member. Overall great experiences, but cleaning needs improvement, especially for economy cars. It became much better when I started booking Elite cars. The cleanliness is also dependent on the customers who used the cars, so I can’t blame them that much. Joe is the most helpful, he remembered what type of cars I like and got me the best ones he can find.

This place is nothing but a Scammer, them with Carstar are both Big scammers was told that they will deal with insurance company but they did not. They remember after 4 months that and send me to Collection. They even didn't bother to tell me that they couldn't get a hold with insurance company.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE RUNNING AFTER MONEY ONLY. Stay away from this business .
