Absolutely Fabulous. I work all the way on the Isle of Skye and this lovely company took in my 3 suits, dry cleaned them for me and then went out of their way to post them back. The Lady I dealt with (so sorry cant remember the name), was an absolute delight... very friendly and extremely helpful. I will be recommending to many more work colleagues and hotels on the Isle of Skye. Thanks again!

Customer service excellent

At first we thought that it is a great place as they accepted our mattress to get cleaned even though there wasnt any cleaning instruction on the cover itself. The staff member ensured us that its fine and they could clean it. The next day when went back to collect it,we find a different staff member and lady struggled to find our full cover set but we were only given one piece packed in plastic bag so i went back to let them know that there was one missing which was later found. We were very dissapointed when we opened it at home only to find the cover was full shrank and it was also damaged by heat from tumble dryer. I understand that mistakes can happened but it would be polite to say sorry to a customer other than hide the mess and act as though everything fine,i feel as though i was robbed.

I use this company for my business laundry and have always had a great experience from friendly staff with great customer care to immaculate laundry with fast service turnaround. I’d highly recommend The Laundry Basket for both business and personal use.

Agnes manager and the team are fantastic.could not be more helpful.I am there at times, 4 or 5 times weekly and they have hugely helped me ,constantly for the last 2 years at least.they certainly have helped make my life far easier.
