UPDATE: said they’d look into this and still haven’t heard from them. Disappointed. Took away the other star that I left in good faith.I had my iPad repaired there in December. They told me they were sending it away, instead they replaced it… which would normally be fine however when I picked it up I noticed that it was no longer able to work not on wifi. It took a while for me to think to pop out the SIM card tray but when I did I noticed the SIM card was missing… no big deal accidents happen. I called them and told them what happened, they said they’d replace it but we had to go into the store. We live in Gananoque… my husband made the trip one day after work. They couldn’t find our account- he was told to come back with me. I work Monday to Friday (like most people) so we came back on a Saturday a month later… we’re told to come back during the week when a manager was there. Couldn’t make it back into Kingston just for that until a month and a half later. Had a doctors appointment stopped by before the appointment- was told the manager was sick that day and to come back again… my husband came back on his own a few weeks later, and the manager was out for lunch. He didn’t have time to wait around so he left. I’ve been paying for the extra line on my phone bill for 6 months now and I’m still without a SIM card… I’m disappointed that their mistake has become my responsibility to fix…clearly nobody has bothered to pass a message to the manager. I’ve had other items fixed their before and was happy with the service which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.. but between the money and time wasted I can’t say this was handled in a professional, timely manner. Lesson learned- check for your sim cards before you leave or remove beforehand because my experience has lead me to believe they do not care about you after you pay them.

Edit from initial review below: went back to Jump+ and Dylan kindly did another diagnostic on my phone for no charge to see if there was another underlying issue. He also reviewed some settings to see if they could be a culprit for battery draining. No additional issues found but changed some settings. That was almost two weeks ago, and so far so good! (Hot tip, the setting “Optimize Battery Charging” might actually be preventing your battery from fully charging). Thank you again for the wonderful customer service and helping me get the best usage out of my phone.Service was great (thanks Hunter!) communication was strong, timelines were accurate. I got my iPhone battery replaced; however, two months later, the battery seems to be the same as before it was replaced but the battery health happens to show 98% instead of 75%. Feels like this setting was simply reset and my battery still sucks. It was a waste of $100.

Please do not spend your hard earned money here! You will be robbed of your time and your money. I had initially bought a new phone here Monday on my way to Montreal as my old phone stopped working on the way. I had given them my old phone for a backup to do a data recovery as I was specifically told initially it would be one hour for a data recovery and I was quoted 90 dollars for the job. When I got there I was told it would take 3 hours! Those 3 hours turned into 5 and a half hours! In addition, on the Monday I was initially quoted 90 dollars for the data recovery even with tax that is 101.70 and I was charged 120. I do not respect bad business or any business that lacks integrity. If you want to be robbed of your time and money this is where you go. I would strongly advise to not go here for your own benefit. There are better places to spend your hard earned money it is definitely not here! It also did not help that I had to drive to Cambridge Ontario from Kingston and I had to be stuck up in Kingston for those hours when I had commitments back home and a long drive to make. I would insist to save yourselves from the experience I had at this place! I am not the type to leave a negative review I try my best to keep a good attitude but this experience was exceptionally terrible and I would not wish the same for anyone!

I recently bought an iPad and went into jump plus to get all of my accessories. The staff were knowledgeable, recommended products based on what I was looking for and were helpful. I purchased a screen protector and they installed it on my iPad free of charge, even though I didn’t buy my iPad directly from them. I have dealt with them in the past for phone service as well and they were very helpful and communicative with me about when it would be ready and what was being done

We were so impressed by this whole place! Friendly fast service. And Jamar was amazing! In 20 minutes he fixed my frozen iPad Pro (that we had given up as lost) for just $20. We’re so glad to have found such a great resource in Kingston!

I would 100% recommend this place! I went in with no appointment and they were still willing to help me right away. Cole listened to my whole explanation of what was wrong with my MacBook and tried everything he could to make me be able to leave just 10 minutes later with my laptop working again. He took my laptop into the back and opened it up and fixed the problem and did not even charge anything! Absolutely saved me. I also really appreciated Cole's in-depth explanation and advice regarding my laptop going forward. Overall super impressed with this place :)

Had a great experience in the store. The employees were very knowledgeable about everything in the store. It was the assistant manager Hunter who sold it for me. He cleary explained the differences between all the phones for me and really cared for what he was doing. Rarely do I find management in places on the front line caring for their customers. Coming back here just for Hunter.

Went into Jump+ to get a repair done on my phone. Service was good, and they were very helpful. While I was there, I purchased two pairs of AirPod Pros (2nd Generation) for my mother's birthday and one for myself.A couple days after buying them, I was having issues with the AirPods. I would be listening to both AirPods, and the left AirPod would completely stop working. I kept experiencing this issue, so I went into Jump+ to see if they could fix it. They took the AirPods to be fixed, and it only took a day. I went back downtown and picked them up. Then upon listening to music on the AirPods, the left one would still drop and not work. I then went all the way back downtown, to get them fixed" again. They repeated the diagnostic and told me they fixed them. I tried them and they still weren't working. I went back to them
