Sari suggested me to take the offer she brought to me ASAP and cancel my rest interviews with other recruiting company even though she know that other position offered more salary with more potential opportunities. I listened to her and took the offer. The position I applied is a Flexible Hybrid Working Model" but I have to go to the office everyday! Sari said nobody mention that position is hybrid

Recruiting in Motion seems to be different and more candidate focused than other recruitment agencies when you first meet them. However, when the recruiter realized that I wasn't a good fit for the role, I feel like I was just ignored and ghosted since I couldn't get any response to my messages and e-mails. You might be busy with filling a lot of different roles and communicating with different people. It is the nature of the business and totally understandable. You won't be fulfulling each candidate's dreams. A good courtesy and practice would be to respond to candidates and say that I am sorry but it won't work out"
