Horrible.Service was extremely disappointing.The chef (skinny young guy) picked in his teeth and then without wearing gloves started preparing my soup. Grabbed vegetables with bare hands.I was shocked to see this but decided not to say anything.Then, some vegetables fell on the side counter and instead of throwing them out, he put them back in the soup!!! All in front of me!Finally I was so hungry after a workout i decided to have a sip, guess what? It tasted like cigarettes! I immediately threw it out.I will be contacting restaurent inspection. Disgusting.

I decided to go to this place for the first time today after work, when I arrived one guy was standing in the entrance doorway smoking a cigarette, so I had no choice I had to go past him to enter the place and walk through a huge cloud of smoke, I really didn’t appreciate that .Then I’m standing by the cash to put in my order meanwhile the chef is cooking he sees me but does not acknowledge me whatsoever .So now I’m waiting and nobody acknowledging me and nobody serving me or taking my order.So I waited about a good 5 to 8 minutes without any one taking my order so I decided this was just wasting my time and took my business elsewhere.Went down SHERBROOKE STREET and had a great meal at chalet Barbeque. Very happy I took my business elsewhere.Personally I don’t recommend this Thai express this was my first time experience with the place and I was not impressed at all.

Love Thai express, but not this one. Dude behind the cash is psychotic. Thought I was an Uber driver and treated me like garbage. Easily the worst interact I've ever had in any resto. God help any drivers who have to deal with this store. Would love to talk to management about the experience.

80$ for absolutely terrible low food court quality Thai food. No veggies in either the pad Thai nor the yellow curry. In fact pretty much only rice in the so called curry. And no flavour. Never again.

First of all the skinny guy on the counter is so rude and has no sense how to talk to a customer. Instead of giving me my order, he starts arguing and making racist comments. It seems like they are frustrated because of the bad condition of this dirty restaurant and they were under stress or some thing which i don’t know. I will never ever and ever go to that restaurant again and I strongly recommend to not visit that restaurant where they don’t even know how to treat your customer.

Ordered chicken pad thai. Chicken was supposed to be stir fried but it was dry and chewy, it tasted off as if it had been cooked with fish sauce to mask the bad flavour, it was most likely reheated. It usually comes with bean sprouts but none were found. Noodles had very little sauce and were dry. I have gone to many wonderful Thai Express places, but this was the worst Thai Express experience I have ever had. I think management is trying to cut costs. Avoid this Thai Express. Very disappointed.

I’ve been looking for a quick snack and I went to Thai Express to try it out since the last time I ate there was 5 years ago!I feel disappointed by the place, it doesn’t look that clean even though the food was great.They need to bring it back to life, there is a lack of respect for the franchise.I won’t be back at this one but I hope someone will do something about it’
