Such a beautiful spot to visit. The statue sits on top of a cliff with a great view of the Sleeping Giant on the water. I would go again given the chance!

On your way by it's a must stop! To see what this Canadian man accomplished at such a young age as he battled cancer is mind blowing. He has not only made a huge impact in Canada, but around the world!A true Canadian HERO!

Excellent setting. Nice statue. Great story. We also spoke with some helpful area reps at the Visitor Center who made some recommendations for Finnish Donuts, Persians, etc.

It's a beautiful stop, memorializing the wonderful work Terry Fox did to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. It's important for younger generations to learn about this humble Canadian hero.The location of the monument also offers a spectacular view of the Lake Superior shoreline and of the mesas that form the Sleeping Giant.
