Exceptional customer service. I would give 10 stars for the BEST customer service that I have experienced in a very, very long time if I could. Shout out to Marissa McWilliams who made my experience with Ikou such a positive one. She went above and beyond to help me with my concern and I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and ensuring that my issue was addressed completely. I have purchased two vanities and would not hesitate to purchase another and I will definitely recommend their products to family and friends. Ikou is a company that definitely stands behind their product which is very rare these days. If you are thinking about purchasing from them, take my word for it, they sell quality product and are there for you if you need them. Thanks again Marissa, you are the best!!

These vanities are so well made and we love our Ronaldo and how well it fits with our bathroom. We had a cracked backsplash and Ikou's customer service worked with us and sent replacements until we were satisfied. They went above and beyond and were always pleasant and cheery in their responses. I wish all companies had this same level of customer service. I can't recommend this company, their products, and their customer service enough -- Thank you! :)

Awesome customer service. Marissa was so good to work with and very responsive in her communication. Our initial product came damaged, and even though it took a couple of tries to get things right, Marissa didn't stop helping until we were satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to buy Ikou's products again in the future because I know we'll be taken care of if something goes wrong.

I was blown away by the customer service provided by Ikou this week. We purchased a Studio Bathe vanity through a retailer for a new bathroom we're adding onto our home. We had opened the box up to inspect it upon arrival because the shipper had crushed a little bit of the pallet but everything looked fantastic and was packed well. Unfortunately we left the matching backsplash resting on top of the vanity and while moving it around later, the backsplash fell and broke. We reached out to Ikou via email to see if we could purchase a replacement and I'll be honest, I was not expecting a reply message within 24 hours but that's just what happened and by the end of that day we had a replacement ordered for us. Ikou clearly cares about its customers and has the staff to make sure they are taken care of and that's the kind of business I want to support and recommend to others!

Love my vanity, they made a custom top for me. I put a stone vessel and the Fonda faucet.Wall mounted the Ginza.So far so good. All my friends love it! The quality far exceeds my expectations.

After purchasing a bathroom vanity and letting it sit for a bit I realized I had lost one of the legs. Can't do much with a vanity on 3 legs, right? emailed customer service and right away got response and we worked together to get a new leg shipped out. Easy right? Only in our world far too few companies place a priority on customer service to be efficient, empowered and be navigated with little ease. This company not only hires amazingly competent cheery people but has made the experience enjoyable. Marissa, I hope is one of many celebrated within the company because if we can't get the basics down, businesses just don't flourish. I so appreciate your business and will of course look to your company for products/services.

Thank you for a gorgeous vanity and amazing customer service . We received a 63 in vanity and one of the sinks was cracked . The customer service manager Davina Zehra did everything in her power to make things right and provided the most amazing service .We are so pleased with dealing with Davina, Ikou and with the quality of our vanity we bought a 75 inch vanity for our main upstairs bathroom.But with confidence with the company!

We purchased one of their vanities in 2008 from Costco. I was so impressed with the quality, that I tracked down the company and purchased two more vanities directly from the company for another home in 2016. The vanities are like a fine piece of furniture with every inch finished to perfection. The countertop is nice and the faucet options were great. Some products come with mirrors, which were equally high-quality. I cannot say enough about the quality of these vanities.Last year I was having difficulty figuring out how to clean out the faucet aerator. I called their customer service number and they sent me a special tool and a couple extra aerators in case I needed them, no charge. That is great customer service, especially since the vanities / faucets were purchased 6 years ago. This month I noticed a slow drip from the faucet handle. I was thinking I would need to purchase a replacement faucet and hire a plumber to replace the faucet. I called customer service again and they informed me that there was no need to replace the faucet. Instead, they sent me a replacement valve and excellent instructions on how to replace the valve. I just replaced it and it works perfectly. There was no charge for the replacement valve or shipping. This is phenomenal customer service, backing up excellent products. Rare these days.
