Ultimate Towing

Horrible experience. I was threatened & scammed by the big gangster looking guy. They seem more like a gang & not a tow truck company.! I highly recommend a different tow company.

Got my car spun around and stuck in a ditch on a 401 ramp. just as CAA was telling me it’ll be a 2hr wait, Rob pulls up and comes to my rescue.He was so knowledgeable about the process for collision reporting etc. he drove me home (twice) and brought my car to the collision reporting center as well as the shop it had to go to.In a stressful time when info is hard to find, he made it so much easier! I will definitely be holding on to his business card.

Had these Guys tow my car that was involved in an accident from Oshawa to Etobicoke. When I called them asking for a tow, they acted very quick and delivered my car first thing the following morning. Service was very friendly and I was charged exactly as I was quoted.

Darnel was exceptional at helping me during my first car accident. Thank goodness he was there as he was so helpful and was able to calm me down. He took his time to explain to me what to do next which is something that I appreciated. Thank you Darnel!!!

i’d rather push my car to the mechanic myself. there are plenty of good, true, honest people out there trying to make a living, and let me tell you these guys aren’t it.

Amazing service by ultimate. Their driver secured my Harley and towed it to my dealer for repair.Didn't out a scratch on the bike. I totally recommend these folks for towing anything!

After getting into a car accident, we called Ultimate Towing to take care of our towing needs. Ended up getting Rob, and we are so happy to have dealt with him. Rob ensured the process was stress-free, and was the opposite of all the horror stories you hear about towing companies. He was easy to communicate with, was upfront about what to expect, and walked us through the process (this was our first time using a towing company). Knock on wood we don't need a tow anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Ultimate Towing, and hope we get Rob again!

Amazing service at a time when your brain is frazzled from an accident.They went above and literally beyond, like a deserted country road beyond to come to our rescue.The work they do there is impeccable and I would recommend them to anyone!We had a rental delivered to us within minutes of us getting home that evening and when we forgot to sign some papers, they were delivered by the driver instead of us having to go to the shop. Very accommodating and easy to relate to.It was a learning process for us and they didn't mind the 101 questions. Very informative and I would take any vehicle there for body work and paint, accident or not, in the future.
