Ordered using DoorDash. It was very fast and hot when it arrived. Ordered a donair poutine. It had a lot of the veggies and toppings I asked for. Downside? They sent me someone else's poutine. Upside? I ate it anyway, didn't call to complain and enjoyed every bite of it! First time customer and will definitely have again!

Ordered it to my hotel. Skip driver went to the wrong hotel at first but it arrived still at a good temperature. The flavours were great but the meat was definitely dry and jerky like. Not fresh at all! Good thing it tasted good. Onion rings were 2 huge piles of connected together rings. There was like 5 separate. Not impressed with this for $21 and then with fees and tip. $30. Way too much for what this is. To be fair, in the pic, I’d already eaten 1/2 the donair. Still wasn’t that big though. I shall not return. Too many other good places for that price. No ketchup supplied for rings. No biggie but a little one.

The beef donair salad is bomb!!! And the spicy fries and the secret dipping sauce are always a hit with my kids!!

I Gave the review some thought before posting - I would say Subcity does not provide good value for the money, I ordered a jumbo Donair and it felt like a small. They really don’t give you enough meat in your Donair (the main part of a Donair) and it’s weighed so I know the portion is correct.Flavour was okay - not great / not bad.

Edit: Previous review still stands, but it's hard to justify the cost anymore. $18 for fries and a donaire is a bit much.Great serving sizes. Delicious food. If you order from here you must also get the spicy fries; it is mandatory!I've been here a few times now and it's consistently good. Will return.
