Andy is an outstanding realtor, I purchased my home five years ago from him and was so impressed with the knowledge of the town as well as all of the residents. He was honest and down to earth! Cheryl was always there for a helping hand with everything. I didn't hesitate to hire him when it came time to sell my home. Andy is great to deal with. I've worked with Andy both as a buyer and seller and he knows it all, but in a great way. He is able to explain everything to you in a concise and easy to understand way. Cheryl is and was always available to help out and answer any extra questions or issues I had. I wish that all realty companies worked like Andy and Cheryl do. Andy's knowledge of the area is amazing, also, and he is always there to answer and extra questions and help out with recommendations.
