Customer service is HORRIBLE. Called these guys 5 different times. Spoke to everyone under the sun, ted, zeke, etc and though I was promised I would have a quote with in 24 hrs, 3 weeks later I am still waiting. I have sent them my kitchen design 3 different times, and I don't even receive a confirmation e-mail. Save yourself the headache and stayaway. You've beem warned.

Ordered a couple pieces of backsplash for a client. Was told it would be ready no problem in a few days. When I showed up they hastily cut something out of scrap that was the wrong colour. The piece needed a notch cut out of it, which I know can be tricky, but was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. I guess it was as the front face had over cut marks on it. To top it off the refused to refund me my money, it took me standing around making a scene to get it back.Luckily there are lots of other well qualified stone contractors in the area.
