Super slow service have to wait for almost 15 to 20 minutes everyday to deposit cash for the business. They should have separate line up fpr business accounts its super inconvenient.

Excellent service ,We met with the financial advisor Mr Tarman Toor and can tell you he is very professional.We were even welcomed by the bank manager as first-time customers.

Worst bank in BC they never pick up and they have bad ATM as well with no call backs

While I have yet to experience what it feels like to be a client of Envision Financial, I do have a concern about what I have noticed since contacting this financial institution. How is it possible that when clients call in to find out information about their account or an application for the services you provide, representatives don't have access to look up your file for you? I call other companies that when you call about a service the customer service rep is ready to go and is able to access your file (account) right away. This is the first I have experience this and it doesn't make any sense to me. I think that needs to change

Worst credit union - outdated ATMs and online banking. Bank mortgage rates are far more competitive too. The worst thing is I went to close my account and they want me to sit with them for 1/2 hour or they keep $15. Waste of time, don't sign up

I've been banking with them since waaay back when it was Delta credit union and kids accounts received Doodles lol LONG time. I've always had positive experiences with them, and they seem to move along with the times nicely, like free banking and e-transfers. Don't think I'd ever switch to a new bank honestly.

Just horrendous customer service. You can never get ANYONE to answer the phone, and when you finally get an employee on the phone they’re completely not helpful and apathetic; you can tell they only care about $$ and not the people behind it. I’ve never talked to a more apathetic manager in my life. These low reviews are accurate, we will be closing all accounts with envision this coming Monday…it’s absolutely ridiculous the lack of service that is provided at this location. Just completely lazy if I’m being honest.Goodbye and good luck

I've dealt with Envision twice, this being the second time, for my new buisness. And I have to say, their policies are very friendly towards small businesses. Getting a loan for a new business can be very tough and it becomes even tougher when you have to wait for hours to get ahold of your local branch business advisor over the phone. Knowing this, everybody at the Newton branch that I dealt with gave me their personal contact numbers so that I can reach them quickly. Not to mention they worked very hard to get my loan approved. There are dozens of other details about their great customer service that I can go on and on about. But I'd like to end this by saying that you should definitely give this branch a chance if you've never been here before.

Great service from Alisha with the Newton branch, she is very helpful and great with communicating. Definitely educated but if unsure, will seek for more information! Helped me with my finances and was even referred by a family friend who Alisha also helped.

I have been with envision credit union for 20 years and it was great until it merged with first west. Now they are ALL about profit and not the people. You can only call the call centre and not your branch. Not personable at all. No community feel to it anymore. They also keep you on hold for a very long time. Horrible!! I was slightly overdrawn (which would amount to 10% of my monthly earning just to give you an idea) around Christmas time and they took it upon themselves to transfer money from my son’s account (his own hard earned money from his first job) to put it towards my overdrawn account!! They are worse than a big name bank. No surprise that a number of their clients are switching. Even their own employees (who I personally know) don’t agree with how envision is now ran. They don’t care about you and will take your money any way they can. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
