Mary Beth was able to bring significant improvements to my chronic hip/leg pain issues using acupuncture. As a bonus, her clinic space is very cozy and relaxing and i have fallen asleep during treatments. And as someone who doesn’t love needles, this is really saying something! M.B. Is a very competent acupuncturist and I highly recommend her.

Mary Beth takes such great care of me. Her expertise in a variety of treatments helps her provide me with optimal care. She has helped me through recovery from cycling accident, herniated disc, ongoing S.I. joint issues, a broken foot and a broken tail bone! I went to Guelph Acupuncture for the first time.. last year maybe? And haven’t stopped going back since. I try to go every couple of months or so because it is truly the most delicious kind of reset each time!When I first met Mary Beth and she was assessing my needs/best course of treatment, she suggested “Acurelax” based on my need for relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation. I said sure, because why not? And oh my god - 10/10 best treatment each and every time.Mary Beth uses an essential oil blend custom to your likes and needs (for todays rainy day she suggested rosemary, peppermint, and a little lemon). She gives a massage, focusing on the areas in need (today there was a great focus on my neck and back because of my weather headaches and where I was carrying tension). Then she uses acupuncture (just a few points wherever needed) and finishes off with a massage when the needles are out.I fall asleep each and every time I go, feeling so comfortable and rested when I leave.
