Shuswap Lake Marine Provincial Park - Albas Falls Site

Road down was sketchy in our Corolla but 100 percent worth the stress. Gorgeous and a good hike but not too strenuous or long . Took about an hour and a half.

Long drive in along Seymour Arm but worth it. Hike in on north east side its hotter and drier. Take south west side back down Celista Creek. Falls are spectacular. Went July 7th in a wet summer so pretty high water.

Absolutely stunning hike. Short enough to take the kiddo, but, challenging enough to get the blood pumping and a good sweat on. The views are amazing and so many opportunities for a quick stop to catch your breath, or rest the legs (if needed.) Definitely worth the drive!!

excellent hike on a beautiful sunny day. noone else around when we arrived about 9am.a long dirt road to get here, glad to have AWD though not essential.as the sign says, this is not a stroll in the park - plenty of water on the early part of the path where the river has invaded a little, waterproof hiking shoes and sticks really help, raincoats for the waterfall spray, sun hats and layers to strip off for the heat higher up.we went clockwise as suggested by other reviewers and definitely the way to go.the Forrest trail beside the river is tremendous. the waterfalls are roaringly powerful and very picturesque with plenty of steep dropoffs, and dangerous edges.highly recommended and the drive is fun too.

This is a beautiful set of waterfalls. The hike is 5 km round trip but well worth it. Vancity Adventure

The site is exceptional. Only issue is that it is named Alba falls on maps and a little hidden in the woods.I noticed 3 steps in this fall while I did read somewhere that it has 5

Great hike. Nice water falls and great for pictures. Road leading down to parking lot is not really good, single lane and rock with pot holes.

Beautiful park. Nice sandy beaches. The trails forest along the river offer stunning views. The waterfalls are spectacular. The hike to the waterfalls is not all too difficult; some muddy parts along the way. If you're in the area on a boat or vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by. Boats can be moored offshore or pulled up onto the sand.
