Maid in T.O | Cleaning Service Toronto

I wanted to try out Maid T.O. as due to health reasons, I can't clean like I would like to. Leo answered all my questions and Anna did a wonderful job so I will happily have them back regularly. I'm fussy and wanted things done to the standards I would set for myself in an older kind of grungy apartment that never seems clean. It felt clean and I am grateful. Only new floors, new paint, stove and fridge would make it feel perfect!

The experience with Maid in T.O.... was less than idea but nothing can you do to about it. Why send one cleaner for deep clean and why ask me to move furniture. Then cancel the cleaning. I was a harsh with customer service representative he didn't offer any solution I would a prefer an offer my another day clean with right amount cleaners for the tasks.

Dallery did a phenomenal job - everything in the house is so clean! This was my first time using a cleaning service and she made the experience a positive one.

Our house has never looked better! Diane was absolutely lovely, and as nice to chat with as she was professional. Her cleaning job was incredibly thorough, and my wife and I have enjoyed simply walking around our space and marvelling at the sparkle. I simply can't recommend this service highly enough!

Booked a cleaning yesterday and had two women come over and they did a fantastic job -- I've never seen my kitchen & bath so sparkling clean.My only critique isn't for them but for the company -- the booking window isn't when the work will be done; it's when the cleaners will *arrive* so be aware of that when you book.

Being from an Asian household, my mom has always been strict about us keeping the house clean even in the areas you'd never look for. My best attempt at cleaning would never satisfy my mom's expectations even to this day.I was searching online for cleaning services Toronto and I found Maid in T.O. The team from Maid in Toronto blew me away with their thorough and detailed cleaning.They were very friendly and communicated with me that it would take longer than usual. I'm glad they didn't rush the job and took the time. The house smelled and looked like a 5-star hotel when we came in. I'm planning on having them as my regular so I can freely invite my mom over without having to worry about her scolding me for my poor cleaning job.

So the first experience I had was terrible paid $400 for move in/out cleaning and windows, my place looked the same as before it was cleaned… Leo was extremely helpful in rectifying the situation and sent Diane to reclean my place within the same week. Diane is the absolute best and I love my place now. Thanks to Leo and Diane!

Diane was great. She’s professional, thorough and detail oriented. I was impressed by her attention to detail. We saw that she cleaned all the handles, dusty window sills, and even dusty light fixtures, which we didn’t even expect. I think the prices are a bit higher but the better service is well worth it
