UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE.I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION. DIDNT NEED SEVERAL ANSWERS JUST ONE. So I called another place got the answer right away. No one said anything about who I was race color or company.Your company was hard to deal with. Your response sounds like it were not a client and not paying you you won't speak to anyone.Very unprofessional, as mentioned the lady that answered the phone was not very helpful or very caring. The next company I called instantly answered the question without saying book an appointment and spend money to get the answer and I will now be using them for our new business.You lost a potential customer and will not be recommended to our large group of friends family and businesses we interact with.Thankyou for your response
