Ran into multiple conflicts over basic services which I felt were being up-charged for example refusing to act on another Honda's inspection without redoing and charging for a second inspection. Was provided inaccurate information and some maintenance codes appear as if they were never reset.

I am very new to the area and really did my research looking for a Honda dealer to service my car. Today, I had my first experience with Lallier and my Rep Melanie LaFontaine. Let's just say from booking online to drop off and speed of service itself, I have never had a more positive experience with any service dept in any dealership...ever. Let's just say...I am not young. So...I have dealt with a few in my lifetime. I would without a doubt, highly recommend.

Jonathan and Sebastian helped us with finding our used 2018 Honda Civic touring they we're very helpful and pleasant to work with through the whole process. I received a call from a different sales manager and got excellent service.I was able to negotiate newer/safer tires and the initial process of purchase was painless.My girlfriend might be in the market for a new car as well. Ww would definitely consider Lallier Honda again.

I went to Gatineau Honda to have my oil change they called me back to tell me that my brakes were not good which is impossible because the car was only three months old and had only 15,000 km and they were charging me $750. I followed my instinct and decided to call lalilier hondaI spoke to Harvey and he agreed with me that something was off brought my car there and called me back the same day to tell me that the brakes were under warranty, and they were not gonna charge me anythingJust had my AC fixed there today big thanks to Michel Harvey great customer service, and honest mechanics I wish I can give more than five stars. I’m never going back to Gatineau Honda again.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. They were also flexible when I cancelled an option that I ordered and was partially installed.

Disappointed. When I purchased the car - they said a lot of good things about the quality and condition. After barely 8 months, the brakes were noisy, and service maintenance would not get off the dashboard. Lallier Hull only had generic break pads to put in the car. After weeks, the noise they said was normal with generic break pads still remains the same. I was told we were late for a 4:30 on May 4 and asked to return on May 24 to change the oil. I was also told I could travel to Montreal with a maintenance service required now showing on the dashboard. I called Gatineau Honda who gave me June 7. The Gatineau folks advised to change the oil soon. We drove to Canadian Tire who checked and helped change the dirty oil that was at 5% and would have created engine issues. How come a car that was purchased for almost 43k in August 22, with not up to a 31k mileage have a 5% oil gauge? Won’t recommend
