I am very satisfied with my Volkswagen vehicle, but there are certain things to improve.The wait time was very long, around 5 weeks to have my unit, and they never contacted me with updates. I myself had to call several times to get my paperwork done with the insurer, since the dealer did not provide me with the vehicle data necessary to insure it.The finance director is not friendly at all and he practically forces you to choose a vehicle protection plan.I suggest improving your customer service attitude.

I had the most horrible car shopping experience here. We agreed on the rate and the monthly payment. When I went to pick up the car, they had increased the rate without informing me before hand and didn't have the decency to admit it. The most impolite staff ever.

Came for a tire change, tires were already stored; setup my appointment months ago. Told them about my timetable, so they got me going within an hour and 30 minutes. Real nice people, very customer oriented.

Passed by there on Saturday. The service is great. Alex is the very professional, flexible sales man. He is finding a best deal for you in a short period of time. Place is very clean. Coffee drinks and so are available. Reach inventory quick deals. Highly recommended.

Sad enough just got a car from Volkswagen st laurent, Matthew has always been super helpful. They have dropped the ball on me when it the day of the delivery and now after a month of having the car the car has issues. I regret this purchase I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from them. Also, called in 3-4 times to have an appointment but sadly they can’t assist a client who just purchased a car. Not great customer service.

While I am traveling and not from Montreal, and not french speaking in the slightest, Tiago guided me through the issues with my Volkswagen.
