The staff here do not communicate and this results in constant problems. Things frequently go missing from the rooms (money, gift cards, prescription medications). Staff come into the rooms without notice and a few staff members are quite rude

It is now a homeless shelter. I used to live in village green condos. And fire trucks would respond to this hotel weekly. I would go listen to scanner radios and hear the firefighters talking about VSA, intoxicated people.

This is no longer a hotel. It’s a shelter. Nothing wrong with shelters, it just needs to be labelled that way.

As shelters go this is one of the nicest, albeit temporary, in the area. All services and healthcare are currently available without leaving the building. I hope to stay until I can find affordable housing.

My room is apart of the hotel shelter program in Toronto so I had no television or light with a shade on it, also no fridge or furniture for storage besides a bedside table dresser with two mini drawers. Gouvernement has revoked me of the basics need of television so I don't feel so imprisoned in my own space but getting those amenities the last tenants clearly sold for drugs is like hunting down a sasquatch without having the ability to see or hear lol

Drove up from Jersey with 2 little ones and a total of 4 adults in the car. Rooms were relaxing, family has a great time with the indoor pool and slide. Walking distance to everything a tourists could ask for and want. Would definitely do it again. (Even the drive).
