I have ordered online from theses guys 7 times so far (obviously it’s good because I keep going back!). I had one issue that was rectified as soon as possible. I have talked to James and Polly via email and they are both so kind, patient, and passionate about their work! They have so much variety and keep coming up with unique box ideas. I love checking out the tiktok videos and am 100% satisfied with the price, customer service, and the product I get every time I order. I definitely suggest everyone order from here and support their business, as I will be a longtime customer. :) <3 (photos are from a few of the diff orders!)

The store was adorable. The selection was fantastic- I enjoyed trying the freeze dried candy and other international treats.Unfortunately we just didn't find the staff to be very welcoming. I was excited to go in because I follow their tiktok but I felt very unwelcome, and even ignored- especially by the owner. The rolled ice cream also was a bit of a let down. There was just too much going on with all the flavors.I don't think I'll return, which is unfortunate because I was so so excited to be able to go into the store!

I finally went to this store after watching their TikToks for over a year, and it was well worth the 45 minute trip! The cutest little store, but with enough room for my stroller. Well stocked with their candy mixes. The prices were better than I expected too! I couldn’t wait to get home to try a bunch of the candy and ate a bunch on the drive home. It was my first time trying freeze dried candy, and it is delicious! A good change of texture for my sweet tooth. The staff was super friendly from start to finish, chatting with us and guiding us to the best mixes. It was a fun family outing! I’ll definitely make the trip again.

Tastely Box is a vibe, a real good vibe.The freeze dried selection is next level and the rolled ice cream is the best ice cream I have ever had.The customer service is top notch; you walk in being greeted by smiling faces, they answer any questions and make stellar recommendations about their faves. Highly recommend!

My husband and I took our 10 year-old son here for a visit. We drove up from Columbus, Ohio after visiting Toronto for a couple of days. Our son’s number 1 request for the trip was to visit Tastely Box, as we have been following on TikTok since 2021 and ordering Xmas and birthday gifts online. He had so much fun making his own assortment of freeze-dried candy and looking around the store. The employee working was so nice and patient, answering all questions. On the (long) drive back home, our son conducted some taste tests. We all loved the freeze-dried salt water taffy (I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat it any other way now) and the buttered popcorn crunchies. It was really a lot of fun to visit this well-curated and friendly store in person.

I cannot say enough good things about Tastely box! Their online ordering experience is quick and painless and their products are awesome. I always appreciate how quickly they fill orders. Their customer service is great - when I placed two orders close together, they were able to ship them together and refund my shipping for the second order. I didn’t even ask for this, they just did it. Looking forward to ordering more!

Love this shop. It’s so fun and full of amazing candy. Love the new pick your own gummy and freeze dried bar and the rolled ice cream is awesome. The staff is always so fun, friendly and so knowledgeable which I love when I have no idea what to get! Definitely check it out.
