This is my brutally honest review based on my experience. A professional would take the time to understand her clients experience with laser or provide a waiver or details of the procedure. Not only was I not asked about my hair growth, I wasn’t provided a waiver or given any knowledge of the laser machine that’s used. Please take the time to thoroughly do your research about the laser machine a technician uses if you want effective results. Although she was very nice I still have concerns and especially when clients safety isn’t taken into consideration.I regularly get laser done so I already knew about the aftercare but she didn’t give any information for aftercare after the procedure and I got my full body done. Again so many things she missed as a professional. She didn’t provide goggles during laser and that’s concerning because as a professional your clients safety should be your priority. The client before me wasn’t provided goggles either. I’m appalled a technician would do laser on someone’s face without goggles.. this can cause damage to your eyes. My results were very minimal and for someone that’s been getting laser for years, I have a good understanding of what to expect. I was left with breakouts on my legs and I’m guessing that occurred from not sanitizing the machine because I’ve never had a reaction like that. There was a client before me and the bed was not whipped down.I’m also seeing a lot of comments about being reasonably priced but if you do your research, they’re other laser technicians in the area that have reasonable prices for better results and will take your safety into consideration.Getting your full body laser is an invasive treatment and I would expect a professional to make her clients feel comfortable. Such as providing a towel/garment to change but I felt uncomfortable as neither was given and again I’ve always been made comfortable during my treatments elsewhere. She also kept answering calls during the procedure as well that threw me off.Hopefully with my honest review some changes can be made! Especially when a clients safety is at risk and goggles aren’t used when a laser machine is being used on your face. These aren’t things to overlook despite the reasonable prices or whether a technician is friendly or not.
