Absolutely useless. Try and email Bob? No response. Talk to his associates, they have no idea what Bob is up to. Try and get a call back. Never happen. This is standard big city customer service that is just not acceptable.

The worst insurance agent I can imagine. There is this customer service names Ryan so rude. He had no patient and speaking to us disrespectfully. The agent self keep change policy that we had no idea when or why our policy been changed.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this location. I have seen them both in person and over the phone. When I call, I am immediately helped by the receptionist. The receptionist is always very kind and quick. I speak to Neliana for my insurance needs and she is always quick to help.

Avoid this company like the plague! They acquired my insurance policy via another company and when I switched my policies to another company they charged me a penalty for doing so. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they refused. Very shady business practice!

The receptionist always seems to be in the worst mood, very very rude on multiple occasions to the point that if she answered id ask to speak to someone else immediately. Then I cancelled my insurance with them and asked Cory , a agent there, to email me my 3 policy numbers and dates i was covered, he asked oh so you're trying to shop around" I replied I am going with another company
