I’ve gone here for all my jewelry needs. Nothing is too much of a challenge for George. He made me a necklace with my brother who passed fingerprint and engraved it for me although he had never done it before, it came out absolutely perfect. A beautiful ring for my Mother’s 60th with all of our birth stones.and he sat with me and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it and worked within my price limits. I dropped my bracelet with them on June 29, the only reason I did so was because the blonde lady at the counter assured me that it would be ready before my trip on Saturday, and other places needed two weeks or more, however when I went to get my bracelet on July 1st, my bracelet was not only not done, they couldn’t find it. The lady who I picked up from was not the lady I dropped off to, but when trying to find my bracelet called someone, said into the phone “I hope you have the bracelet because it’s not here and it was supposed to be picked up today”, and then turned to me afterwards telling me that I wasn’t told it would be ready for Saturday but the following Monday, and it is my mistake rather than theirs. This is not true, as if it was, I would have waited till after my trip to get it repaired. Additionally, the bracelet re-broke 2 hours after I picked it up. Not very happy with the outcome and will not be going back.
