My neighbour and I hired Royal Redwood Tree Care to go to town on a couple of problematic Manitoba Maples in our backyards. From the quote on through to the finished job, James (Owner) was terrific to deal with. He was responsive, engaging and trustworthy. He took the time to explain everything up front and provided some great info about trees, mainly Manitoba Maples. The prices (for the amount of work they did) were great. I was expecting the job to be priced higher, but James worked with our budget and we sincerely appreciated his efforts to go above and beyond. James and Phil (partner) were very professional in their approach to both the trees and us as customers. They also did a terrific clean-up job, which I'm sure if often overlooked by other tree care companies. I'd highly recommend them if you need any work done with trees in/on your property. The lovely team at Royal Redwood Tree Care - donated a half a day of their time to cut tree stumps for our schools outdoor learning spaces. They even connected us with free tree waste donations. They were totally professional, courteous, and experienced. I will not hesitate to reach out to them the next time one of our trees needs care. Very fast, very professional & competitive price, They were able to use climbing ropes to get the branches that were to high to reach with a ladder. Phil & Serge did an amazing job!!

Royal Redwood Tree CareWe hired Royal Redwood Tree Care to trim a very large Poplar in our backyard.  The tree had not been trimmed in many years and the backyard was very shady.We asked the team to open up the canopy to allow air and sun and clean the dead and broken branches.  The results were fantastic.The team used ropes and a harness to climb the tree and were very thorough in cutting branches. They also asked us to view the tree and offer suggestions before the team came down from the ropes to ensure that we were happy with the trim.  The team was also very quick to clean the cut branches and fallen leaves.  They even did a wonderful clean up on the neighbour's backyard where some of the branches had fallen.The team were very professional and friendly and I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely hire Royal Redwood Tree Care in the future for other tree care services and highly recommend them to friends and neighbours.Helen Y

Phil and the team at Royal Redwood Tree Care did an amazing job. From initial contact and site review meetings we felt comfortable and confident that the team could come in and assist with the removal of 6 very large trees from our back yard. At the end of the project the trees were removed and the backyard was left clean and organized. Great work and thank you again.

James and Phil were out working on my neighbour's tree and noticed mine in bad shape. They gave my neighbour a quote and less than a week later it almost came completely down in a storm. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and they were there Friday morning. Spent the entire day working on the pesky Manitoba Maple. They were professional, friendly, safe and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. So grateful for the job they did.
