Beautifully lit store and amazing service from the staff. Bought our wedding scents from here just last week and the staff was extremely attentive, patient and courteous to our requirements and wants. They spent a good 45 minutes and not rush a decision. Also recommend shopping directly from the store as you can get engraving done on your perfume/ candles

Just walked out. Awful service, spent 5 min in the store and had to leave, one girl on her phone can not be bothered to ask what I’m looking for and the other one with brown hair, red lipstick and glasses rolled her eyes at me, told me to not touch the product and kept ignoring me. Whe spend money here? Omw to Nordstrom, just a short stroll. Girls, you work retail, chill with the attitude lol

Whoever manages this store is not a good fit. I can say this confidently as I have worked many years in retail and the service industry. First let’s start off with all the woman that work in this store including more recent new hires, they are rude, always on their phone and when asked a question you are judged and not helped at all. I am so upset actually that Nordstrom is closing because I usually shop there. I always get the best service and really these employees that work at the store could learn something from them. I was shocked when the employees from the boutique said to go to Nordstrom if we want samples because we don’t have any! They need more experienced staff when it comes to dealing with customers.

Very disappointed with the level of service at this Jo Malone boutique. I have been wearing the brand for years. I have visited many Jo Malone during my travels so I was very excited when I found out that they opened a store at Eaton Centre because I knew they would have some fragrances they discontinued in the past that I would be able to buy again. It is discouraging to come back to that store when you have associates that give much attitude. Their lack of people skills is sad to see since they represent such a prestigious brand. After servicing myself in trying some scents I asked an associate if I could have a sample to try. This associate then rolled their eyes at me and told me they didn’t have any and go to Nordstrom to ask them for a sample. Which I know for a fact they wouldn’t mind giving me a sample since I do already shop with them often. I will admit that this is my second time coming to the store. I wanted to come back because a friend of mine said to look for Ryan who I believe was the assistant store manager because he was so great and helpful and very nice person who help. I wanted to give the boutique the benefit of the doubt to see what their level of service is compared to Holt Renfrew and Nordstrom. I’m shocked that this is how they treat their customers. The store manager Karen was very pretentious who I have dealt with once already. Recently they hired a new assistant manager and she really did not help me at all either. Maybe because she is still new but I try should show some interest. I don’t know what is happening to this level of service and who I am able to leave my review for.

I had an amazing experience today with Clarissa. She was so incredibly patient with all of my questions and really helped me with so many layering combos. She also helped me with engraving my bottle and it turned out so beautiful! Didn’t know they now have car diffusers until she mentioned it and I was so delighted! Not only did she package everything perfectly, I also got the gorgeous GWP and plenty of samples. Thank you, Clarissa!

wanted to get a gift for a close relative. First time checking out the store and i also had a rebate with my credit card. The 2 girls working gave me the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I asked what makes this candle better than other candles". She said "i cant answer that". Just stuttered into oblivion. The other girl just paced around between the back room and the front. 0 times i was greeted and acknowledged. From the people this store hires and depends on i decided not to spend my money here."

I had a wonderful experience at Jo Malone London in Eaton Centre! I was not familiar with the brand until my friend wanted to stop into the store to pick up a new cologne. Karen C was the person who helped us and she was wonderful. We told her about our fragrance preferences and she helped us smell various scents until we each landed on one we liked. The complimentary engraving is such a nice treat too. I look forward to returning to this store when I want to treat myself the next time I'm shopping in the area!
