My experience was great. I was brought in early; Dr. Harrison and the assistant were patient with my anxious pup; The appointment was informative; The cost was way less than my home town; The experience went way better than could be expected. If they had not mentioned they were short staffed I would have never known. Everyone was pleasant and efficient from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. We love our new clinic!

My first time to the Vet clinic, they were able to see our pup within a few hours with some urgent care he needed, for what turned out to be a “Hot Spot”. The service was very friendly, the vet was caring and prices were less than I thought. We received an after care follow up text to see how he was doing and I’m very relieved to say he is almost 100%.The hard part is keeping him out of the water for 2 weeks!Thanks so much!

Unprofessional online presence. Upon phoning, there is no answer during business hours. Phoning the other number supplied leads one to some other business not even located in Kenora.

When my cat developed a urinary issue over the weekend the clinic was quick to get him in first thing Monday morning. They took wonderful care of my boy and were amazing about keeping the costs as low as they could. The office was crazy busy and everyone was bustling around trying to help as many animals as possible, so it's easy to see how the wait for appointments can be long at times, so just book way ahead for annuals and spays and you won't be sorry.

The staff at Kenora Vet Clinic are wonderful. They take great care of our Giants. They are always very patient, kind and supportive. I highly recommend them!
