Came right away, fixed our fridge before food got spoiled!

I can come to this store whenever my air conditioner or fridge is in need of a fix. It’s nice to see a small business that is dedicated to repairing items.

My stove was broken and I check this store out too see which stoves they have available. I bought a stove that was similar to mine. The customer service was really good and I got it delivered for free on the same day. I will do business with them again, and I will recommend my friends and families about this place.

Showed up within an hour after I called, as promised. Fixed the seal of the refrigerator for a very reasonable price.

Came to service GE fridge, did not use diagnostic tools, did not attempt to take it apart to check anything, said there was a blockage, that the condenser was not working when it clearly was working, told me that because I had unplugged it they had to plug it in and come back the next day and would have to charge me another service charge. Then said they needed to take it to the shop to repair and it would take days, assured me they could repair it. I said I'd think about it. They did not speak english very well. I called another well known company who's service technicians took the fridge apart and said it could not be repaired.

Don't waste your money or your time . I purchased a stove from here and was given a warranty but when it came time for them to service my stove BECAUSE it was sold broken no one could help! Worst people and business I have ever dealt with. It seems to me like the run a scam.

Old school appliance repair with many years of experience. Excellent pricing and you can even get a little warranty for an old used machine. Probably the best appliance repair shop in the GTA.

Do not use this company. The technician was completely useless. A Mr. Lee. He arrived to look at my dryer and automatically stated it was an electrical issue without checking for other possible problems. In addition, it is supposed to be a $50.00 issue to diagnose the problems but he demanded $60.00 charge because he had come to a long way, even though he indicated he had a call in the area.Save your money and get your service with a company that will actually provide you with the service you require.A complete rip off and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I am a regular customer of King Appliances. I have bought a couple stoves and a fridge for my tenants and a washer. I have checked other appliance stores and no where beats King Appliances. The price was right and I needed the appliances to be delivered on the same day. The owner was quick with the delivery and he checked if all the appliances were fully working before he left. I am very happy with the appliances as they are extremely clean and well polished. It looks brand new and it came with warranty. My tenants never had a problem with the appliances and everything still runs great. I recommend King Appliances to anyone who is looking for very affordable appliances.

Cheap on diagnostic, $45 that would be included as part of the repairs.Spent 15 minutes vacuuming the front and back and charged $120 cash, no invoice. I will check on youtube next time. I did this for a client of mine and will be saving money for the others now that I now, what I can do for $120
