I have absolutely zero knowledge when it comes to jewelry, especially fine jewelry such as this. This store has beautiful and unique items, but more importantly and more specifically they have staff who are able to help a guy like me make the right choice. Especially sales associate Jill, she has a way of helping you out without making you feel dumb or pressuring you for the sale. She is genuine and able to share her knowledge and expertise in a way that’s easily understandable for the average person.

D&G Jewelers were a dream to work with! The owner David is a huge sweetheart, and really knows his stuff. My partner & I went in to look at engagement rings and we were shocked at how little we knew about diamonds! Thankfully David took the time to teach us so we made the best choice for us, for the absolute best price we could hope for. We even had a custom ring setting made, because I liked elements of two of their rings they had in the cases. I got to see a mold of the ring before it was made. My dream ring!!! When my partner proposed in October, D&G was so attentive with resizing, and any other guidance we needed when it came to care of the ring. Thankful we found this place!!!

Diamonds and Gold International in St Louis Park! Jill is amazing and goes ABOVE and BEYOND. I walked in after googling “jewelry store near me” while looking for a gift and met the one and only Jill. What a blessing to meet her!! Not only did she help me find that gift, she’s also helped me evaluate a bunch of family heirloom jewelry and most recently she helped us with choosing and designing a wedding ring anniversary upgrade. She had been meticulous at figuring out what I liked and didn’t like and insisted on continuing to look and try on until I found something that I LOVE within my price range (which I did, with her help!) And even then, she took immense care down to choosing the tiniest of details and making sure it was perfect for us. Jill’s fabulous taste, 20+ years of experience, kind heart and passion for truly helping made it all so easy and so FUN! I concur with the all positive reviews!! I lost the small diamond from my ring after 36 years, so needed a replacement. David listened to our wishes (keep it modest and in line with the setting) and options (considering the possibility of other stones in addition to diamonds). Diamonds and Gold Jewelers is absolutely stellar! They helped my fiance custom make an engagement ring and it is perfect. When I brought it in to get resized it was done earlier that the time they quoted (week). When I discovered I got the wrong size, they jumped in to get it fixed as quickly as possible and made me feel at ease. Joe and David are personable jewelers and a shout out needs to be given to the individual who worked incredibly swift so I could go home with my ring. Go here if you want to be taken care of and not taken advantage of!

I highly recommend Diamonds & Gold! I knew they would be my jewelers when I brought in a pair of diamond earrings that had gone through the washer and they examined the earrings at no cost! I was afraid that the diamonds had loosened.I recently inherited some vintage jewelry from my 100-year-old aunt. David, Kathy, and Paul worked with me and provided wonderful guidance about options. They made a pendant from a ring and retained the vintage look. David encouraged me to keep one of the rings as-is.Thank you, D & G!

Ended up going to Diamonds and Gold Jewelers after reading all of the positive reviews here and was not disappointed. In looking for an engagement ring, D&G was the best experience by far. Specifically, I worked with Jill to design a ring from start to finish, and she was fantastic to work with. Helpful suggestions for me (someone who is not an expert in jewelry) but listened to our wants and brought those to life in the design. Can't say enough good things about the experience here. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the whole process was extremely smooth. Will be recommending them to friends/family!

We visited several jewelers before selecting and going back to Diamonds and Gold Jewelers. Paul was very helpful, no pressure sales, and answered all the questions we had. He followed up after our first visit as well, which the others did not. They spent a lot of time with us. We had rings resized and they were ready within a week. Also, the engagement ring we chose was ready a couple weeks before they promised. Great customer service and we'd highly recommend checking them out!
