I came across this salon by googling top hair salons in Milton. I would say my experience was pretty average. The front desk associate was lovely and very warm. And the individual cutting my hair - Mya I believe - did a decent job cutting my hair and was friendly enough. The only issue I had was the fact that I had to mention to her 3 times that I wished to have my hair blown out with waves. Instead, my hair was dead straight which annoyed me as it is rare I get my hair done and it is such a treat. After the third time of me mentioning/requesting waves and each time Mya told me it would be (which it was not), I gave up and just let it go.

Mackenzie has been my hairdresser since I came to Canada 4 years ago and I haven’t went to anyone else since. I get such great hair cuts from her that last the time and I always enjoy her friendly personality which makes me always have a great experience. The whole staff are friendly, professional, and you are always looked after. Many thanks to the whole team.

A week ago,I visited this place, and it was oh my god, It was really amazing!My hair dresser was very nice and humble as well talented! She cut my hair with great perfection!I was really amazed after met with whole team! Each and every person was very nice!I highly recommend this place!

Jenn was AMAZING! She asked me what I was looking for. What I wanted and that’s all, she was on the ball. Amazing results, and everyone loved the balayage effect. Looked very natural and not thick/chunky. Amazing place and amazing talent!!

Everyone here is amazing, great vibes, kindness, knowledge and skills. I have 3 different hair loss conditions, and am in my journey of healing it, and right away everyone was compassionate and understanding. Christine was absolutely amazing!! She made my haircut experience an enjoyable breeze! She knew exactly what to do, was never condescending like I had experienced in the past, and gave me an absolutely fantastic cut for the current state of my hair, hair loss, and the summer season. I am now a lifelong client! It says a lot about a company where the employees have been there for 5+years, happily, and it shows! Thank you!!!

Probably the best places I’ve been to for a haircut. Everybody is so nice and welcoming. I had my haircut with Mya and she did an amazing job. However afterwards I realized that I wanted more layers added to my cut and they were happy to book me in again right away to achieve the haircut I was looking for. I really appreciate how understanding Mya and the team was and I will definitely recommend this place.

Today was my first time at the cutting edge and I am thoroughly impressed. Mya cut my hair and she worked with my hair with precision and care. She gave me exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience so pleasant. The scalp massage was a bonus as well:) I have been testing a few hair salons in the area and I can safely say I have finally found the one :) The ladies at the salon were also very warm and welcoming. Overall a great positive experience!!

From the moment I entered until the moment I left the salon I was greeted by friendliness and warmth :) My hairstylist Nikki was fantastic!! I immediately felt comfortable with her and placed my full trust in her talent and abilities. She was very personable, patient, kind and thoroughly explained the hair cutting and styling process, as well as all of the products she was using, outlining their purpose and benefit. I am very happy to say that I have found my new hair stylist and a salon I will look forward to returning to, time after time :)

Went for a hair smoothing treatment and haircut. My hair was cut too short and a razor was used which made my layers look weird and choppy. I wanted a trim but got a new look. I also had to wait to get my hair washed after the treatment was left in because another customer was booked in between services. Services are also overpriced.
