The restaurant has really good service and dining environment. We love the buffet area with all kinds of snacks and fruits. Our table servant Angel was really nice too. Highly recommended.

Best hot pot I’ve ever had - the food was delicious, but the fun of the dancing noodle really put it over the top. Cindy and Stanley helped us out and were so, so attentive and kind. I will recommend the experience to all my friends ☺️ also the aprons, hair ties, and random little treats were so fun. I’ve never had better service! Recommend ordered the shrimp balls - they are super tender and yummy.

It was my first time trying hot pot and I absolutely loved it. It was a super fun experience, food was delicious and the service was excellent. Lots of cool freebies too! I definitely recommend this place :)

Service is always so amazing at this restaurant! They’re always mindful of drinks that need to be refilled and soup that needs a top up. I like the variety of soup bases and dishes especially since you can get at a pretty reasonable price given the services and extra goodies (hair ties and aprons, etc.)! Highly recommend getting the dancing noodles! One of the managers at this location is super kind, she has always provided amazing service whether I am with a small or large group— this location definitely one of the better ones!

This hotpot place is awesome!!! Lots of variety of hotpot broths, veggies, meat etc. There is even a sauce bar where you can make sauces to add to your hotpot. It has a comfy atmosphere and the service was excellent! Our party even got complimentary ice cream and gift bags. Also the twisted donut dessert, was so good! Would come here again!

First time trying hot pot and can happily report that I had a great experience here! Really enjoyed the mushroom soup base and the protein options available along with the vegetables. Our server Nori, was very helpful and offered us an abundance of guidance and hospitality. Will definitely have to return when we are back in BC!

First time eating hotpot at this place and the service is amazing! They are very attentive and are always asking if we need more broth (free). There are a lot of sauce options as well!Thank you Angel for her great service :D
